Each video field has a maximum duration set when the field is built (options include 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 7 minutes, and 10 minutes). The longest recording your plan allows varies by plan — see the Pricing page for current limits.
Recording resolution defaults to 720p, with Auto, 480p, 720p, and 1080p options in the recorder settings.
Where uploads are allowed, video should be MP4, up to 500 MB (on all plans). Convert other formats to MP4 before uploading.
