Cookie Notice

Last updated May 19, 2026

This Cookie Notice (this “Cookie Notice”) describes how Pitchtape, Inc. d/b/a Springform (“Springform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies on the website located at https://springform.app and its subdomains, in the Springform software application, and in connection with email and other communications we send (collectively, the “Service”). This Cookie Notice is incorporated by reference into Springform's Privacy Policy at https://springform.app/privacy (the “Privacy Policy”) and forms a part of Springform's Terms of Service at https://springform.app/terms (the “Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy or the Terms.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

A “cookie” is a small text file that a website or application stores on your device when you visit it or interact with it. Cookies allow the website or application to recognize your device, remember information about your visit, and operate more efficiently. For purposes of this Cookie Notice, “Cookies” includes browser cookies as well as similar tracking and storage technologies, including pixels, web beacons, software development kits, browser local storage, and session storage (collectively, “Cookies and Similar Technologies”).

Cookies and Similar Technologies may be characterized in the following ways:

“Session” Cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser; “persistent” Cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.

“First-party” Cookies are set by Springform; “third-party” Cookies are set by service providers and other third parties we engage in connection with the Service.

For more information about cookies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

2. Categories of Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use

Springform uses Cookies and Similar Technologies in the following categories. The specific Cookies and Similar Technologies in use at any given time may change as the Service evolves; the categories below describe their purpose and behavior.

Strictly Necessary. These Cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are typically set in response to actions taken by you that amount to a request for a service, such as signing in, navigating between pages, completing a purchase or checkout, maintaining a session, ensuring the security and integrity of the Service, balancing load across servers, and detecting and preventing fraud or abuse. The Service will not function properly without these Cookies. Under applicable law, Cookies in this category do not require your consent.

Functional. These Cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization, including by remembering your language, layout, or display preferences, recognizing you when you return to the Service, and supporting interactive features. If you do not consent to these Cookies, certain features of the Service may not function as expected.

Analytics and Performance. These Cookies help Springform understand how visitors and users interact with the Service, including which pages and features are used most often, how visitors move through the Service, and how the Service performs technically. Springform uses this information in aggregate to improve, secure, and operate the Service. Some of the information described in this category is collected and processed by service providers.

Marketing and Advertising. These Cookies may be set by Springform or by our advertising and marketing service providers to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, deliver advertising relevant to your interests, and measure conversions across websites and applications.

3. Third Parties

In addition to Cookies that Springform sets itself, certain Cookies on the Service may be set by third-party service providers acting on Springform's behalf, including in connection with hosting, content delivery, security, payments, customer support, analytics, error monitoring, marketing, and advertising. A current list of Springform's service providers, including their purpose and primary processing location, is available at https://springform.app/subprocessors. Third-party Cookies are governed by the privacy policies and cookie practices of the relevant third party, and Springform does not control how those third parties use the information they collect through their Cookies.

4. Your Choices

You have several ways to control Cookies and Similar Technologies in connection with the Service:

Consent and Preferences Interface. Where required by applicable law, the Service presents a consent or preferences interface that allows you to accept or reject non-essential categories of Cookies. You may revisit and change your preferences at any time through that interface or, where available, through your Account settings.

Browser Controls. Most browsers allow you to view, manage, delete, and block Cookies through their settings, and to be alerted when a website attempts to set a Cookie. Blocking Strictly Necessary Cookies may prevent the Service from functioning properly.

Do Not Track. Certain browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT signals, Springform does not currently respond to DNT signals.

Direct Marketing. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link contained in any such email or by contacting Springform at hello@springform.app. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect your receipt of transactional or service-related communications, which are necessary for Springform to provide the Service.

Mobile Device Settings. If you use the Service through a mobile device, you can manage device-level identifiers and advertising preferences through your device's settings.

For further information about your privacy rights, including your rights with respect to Personal Information collected through Cookies, please see Section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to This Cookie Notice

Springform may update this Cookie Notice from time to time. If Springform makes a material change, Springform shall provide notice — by an in-Service notification, by email to the email address associated with your Account, or by posting the updated Cookie Notice on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date — before the change takes effect, except that changes required to comply with applicable law may take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued access to or use of the Service after the effective date of the change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Cookie Notice.
