Submit an application

Do I need an account?

It depends on how the form is shared:

  • Public forms — anyone with the link can submit, no account needed. You can fill it out and send it anonymously.
  • Internal forms — restricted to a workspace's members or invited submitters, so you'll need to be signed in to access them.

Why sign in on a public form

Submitting anonymously works, but signing in (free) unlocks a lot:

  • Save your progress to your account and return later from any device — anonymous progress isn't saved to your account.
  • Keep every outbound submission in one place — your Submissions library across all programs.
  • Get Springform AI's help filling it out — it can explain a confusing section, strengthen an answer, and suggest video talking points.
  • Collaborate with teammates on a single application.

Fill it out and submit

Work through the form section by section (a progress indicator shows how far along you are). Required questions are flagged before you can submit. Upload files or record video where asked. Review your answers, then submit — after submitting, your entry is read-only.

FAQs & common issues

Can I edit after submitting? No — it becomes read-only. Contact the program operator if something must change.

Will I see my results? Not by default — the program operator decides if and when to share results.
