What Springform AI can do

The Springform AI button sits in the top bar and opens a panel on any page. It's context-aware (it knows whether you're in Collect, Submit, or Pitch) and can both answer questions about your workspace and do the work. It's available to Workspace Owners and Admins.

What it can do

  • Build — generate a collection, form, evaluation rubric, or pitch from a sentence; add, edit, and remove blocks and fields.
  • Analyze — summarize a submission, compare applicants across years, surface insights, and break down reviewer scoring.
  • Review — be assigned as a reviewer to evaluate submissions at scale.
  • Assist — strengthen an answer, suggest video talking points, and explain any feature.

Beyond your workspace

Springform AI can search the live web (once you turn on web access in the panel) and read a URL or PDF you give it — handy for conducting research or replicating an existing form. You can also drop in a file (image or PDF) — for example, a paper application or a pitch deck — and it will turn it into a Springform form, rubric, or pitch. It treats outside content as reference, never as instructions, and labels what came from the web.
