In the form editor, open Design in the top bar and click Upload Logo (or Change Logo). Your logo replaces Springform's in the form's top nav. Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP, up to 5 MB; suggested canvas 400×100 px (horizontal) or 160×160 px (square), tightly cropped. Custom branding is available on all paid plans; on Free, the Design panel offers an upgrade instead.
