Collaboration on outbound submissions happens at the workspace level. Save the submission to a workspace, then add teammates as workspace Admins or Members so they can view and edit it with you and divide up the sections. Collaborator seats come with paid plans and increase on higher tiers; when you reach your plan's limit, Springform prompts you to upgrade. See the Pricing page for what your plan includes.
