Invite & manage members

The Members page

Open Members from the sidebar. It has tabs for Workspace, Collect, Submit, and Pitch. The Workspace tab manages workspace-level users (Owner, Admin, Member) and their roles; the product tabs let you view who has access across each product line.

Workspace vs. one collection

• Workspace access: add someone on the Workspace tab — they can see across the workspace per their role.
• One collection only: open that collection's Users tab and Invite Users (or Bulk Invite, including CSV upload). They become a guest — that collection only.

Either way, enter the email, choose a role, and send. Invited people appear under Pending Invitations until they accept and set up their account. Available seats depend on your plan.
