Make sure your file matches the limits: documents must be PDF, Word, JPG, or PNG up to 10 MB each, and video must be MP4 up to 500 MB. If a video field is set to recording only (Allow upload off), you'll need to record rather than upload. If your file is within limits and still fails, check your connection and try again, then contact us.
