Springform uses two tiers of roles.
Workspace roles
- Owner — the person who created the workspace; full access, and the only one who can delete it.
- Admin — near-full access (members, settings, collections); can't delete the workspace or change billing.
- Member — can view every collection (overview, submissions, evaluations, insights), review and comment, and view all submissions in Submit and pitches in Pitch — but can't invite people, change settings, create collections/pitches, or see Trash.
Workspace Owners and Admins get collection-level Admin in every collection; Members get collection-level Member.
Collection roles
- Admin — manages the collection.
- Member — view and review access, scoped to that collection.
- Reviewer — sees only the Feed/List for submissions assigned to them.
- Submitter — sees only the form to fill out.
Someone added to a single collection (not the workspace) is a guest — that program only.
A few rules that always hold
- Reviewers see only their own evaluations; Admins and Members see all.
- Team comments are visible to admins, members, and assigned reviewers — never submitters.
- Springform AI is available only to Workspace Owners and Admins.
- Submit and Pitch collaboration is workspace-level — there are no per-submission or per-pitch roles yet, so to collaborate you add someone to the workspace.
