A single collection has one submission form and one evaluation rubric. There are two ways to run a staged program:
For stages that need different forms or criteria — screening, then a full application, then finalists — create a new collection for each stage and move qualifying applicants forward. Springform AI can pull data across all of them for a combined view.
For multiple review rounds against the same form and criteria, keep one collection: have a first set of reviewers do a pass, tag the submissions that advance, then assign a second set of reviewers to those. The Submissions tab's tags and filters make this clean.
Because Springform AI can see everything in the workspace, you can ask it to compare an applicant across collections or year over year, or to analyze trends across programs.
