A collection is a single submission program. It bundles your form, evaluation criteria, reviewer team, the submissions you receive, the evaluations reviewers complete, and the analytics across all of it.
From the dashboard or the Collections area, start a new collection three ways: Create with AI (recommended — describe your program and the AI builds the form), Use a Template, or Start from Scratch.
Every collection has a title and a description. Both are visible to anyone with access to the form — submitters, reviewers, members, and admins — so write them as participant-facing copy (for example, '2026 Innovation Challenge'), not internal notes.
A collection has these tabs: Overview, Settings, Submission Form, Evaluation Criteria, Submissions, Evaluations, Users, and Insights. The Overview tab shows a Collection Setup Progress checklist — required steps (create, build the form, publish) and recommended steps (settings, criteria, invite users).
To start a new program from an existing one, open the collection's three-dot menu and choose Duplicate. This copies the submission form structure into a new collection; settings, criteria, users, and submissions start fresh.
A collection is a draft until you publish, then open, then closed. Nothing is public until you publish.
What's a submission? Same word, two directions: in Collect, submissions are the responses you receive to your program; in Submit, they're the applications you send to someone else's program. Your workspace keeps the two cleanly separated.
