Review and score submissions

Who reviews, and what they see

Admins and Members see all submissions in a collection; Reviewers see only the ones assigned to them. Admins and Members can be assigned too — it doesn't limit what they see, it just badges their assigned ones. Anyone reviewing can score, take notes, and comment.

Score in the Feed

Open the Feed view from the Submissions tab to see one submission at a time as an interactive page — responses, files, and video player included. Score it against each criterion in the evaluation panel; required criteria must be filled before you can save. The header shows "Your Progress: X of Y evaluated." A List view shows the same in a table.

Notes vs. comments

  • Notes are private to you — no one else sees them.
  • Comments are shared with the review team (admins, members, and reviewers) — never with submitters.

FAQs & common issues

  • Can reviewers see each other's scores? Reviewers see only their own evaluations. Admins and Members can see all scores.
  • Do submitters see scores or notes? No.
  • What's an evaluation? A single reviewer's assessment of one submission, scored against the collection's criteria — typically ratings and written feedback. A submission can have multiple evaluations from multiple reviewers; Collect tracks the average rating, the full evaluation history, and consensus or disagreement across reviewers.
