The workspace selector sits at the very top — use it to switch workspaces, create a new one, or open workspace settings. Below it, a top group holds Home, Search, Settings, and Members.
The middle is grouped by product: Collect (Collections, Insights, and Create Collection), Submit (Submissions and Insights), and Pitch (Pitches, Insights, and Create Pitch).
A Platform group has Explore Templates and Find Opportunities, and a Help group has How-To Guides, Help Center, Contact Support, Leave Feedback, Upgrade Plan, and Trash.
What you see depends on your role — Workspace Members, for example, don't see Members, the create options, Upgrade Plan, or Trash.
The quickest path to a collection or pitch is Create with AI — describe what you want in a sentence and Springform AI builds the structure for you: sections, fields, video prompts, and all. You can also Use a Template or Start from Scratch. This is the heart of Springform's approach: the AI doesn't just answer questions, it does the work.
The Springform AI button in the top bar opens a panel on any page and knows where you are. It's available to Workspace Owners and Admins.
