Your notification settings
In Settings → Notifications (Personal Settings), use the master Email Notifications switch or the individual toggles: New submissions received, New evaluations completed, and New comments posted (all on by default).
What each role gets
- Owners, Admins, and Members — an invitation email, plus notifications for new submissions, completed evaluations, and new comments.
- Reviewers — an invitation email, plus a notification when a comment is posted on a submission they're assigned to. They don't get new-submission or new-evaluation notifications.
- Submitters — an invitation email if they're invited to a collection. Otherwise they don't receive notifications, just the in-app confirmation when they submit.
FAQs & common issues
- Someone didn't get an email. Ask them to check spam and confirm the address is correct. Invitations expire after 7 days, so resend if it's been longer.
