Publish, share & set deadlines

Publish

From the Submission Form, use Preview to check the submitter's view, then Publish to make the form active. Publishing makes the form active and open to new submissions, and generates a shareable link.

Share and list

Copy the link from Share and send it to submitters. You can also list the collection on the Opportunities marketplace from the Settings tab — listings are reviewed by Springform before they go live.

Set access and deadlines

On the Settings tab: choose Anyone with the link (Public) or Only people in this collection (Internal); set a submission deadline (the form closes automatically when it passes); or toggle Open to new submissions off. Settings don't autosave — a Save Changes button appears at the top once you make a change.

Build it with AI

Ask Springform AI to publish the form, open or close submissions, set a deadline, or switch access — all from chat.

FAQs & common issues

  • How many forms can I have live at once? You can create unlimited collections on any plan. The number you can publish (active forms) depends on your plan — one on Free, a few on Pro, and unlimited on Team and above. See the Pricing page.
