Who Springform is for, and what you can run

Springform is flexible enough to run almost any "collect, review, decide" workflow, and to package any pitch or proposal as a shareable page. It's deliberately broad: if you can describe what you want to collect or present, you can build it here.

A few common examples

Common examples include innovation programs, hiring and recruiting rounds, grant applications, pitch competitions, accelerator and fellowship cohorts, awards programs, RFPs, partner intake, conference speaker submissions, customer success and support intake, procurement and compliance reviews, idea challenges, and event applications on the Collect side — plus fundraising decks, partner intros, customer references, and board updates on the Pitch side. The template gallery covers all of these use cases and more as starting points.

Built to run programs, not just collect responses

A basic form tool collects responses. Springform runs the whole program in one workspace. You get a structured intake form, evaluation criteria, reviewer roles with private notes and team comments, per-submission reviewer assignments, an engaging submission feed, built-in analytics, a video recorder and player, and an AI assistant that does real work.
