What is Springform?

Springform brings three connected products together in a single workspace, with an AI assistant and a built-in video recorder running through all of them.

The three products

  • Collect — run submission programs end to end: build a form, collect responses, assign reviewers, score against criteria, and analyze results.
  • Submit — the applicant side: find opportunities, fill out applications, save your progress, and manage everything you've sent in one place.
  • Pitch — create polished, video-first pages that combine video, text, and files into one shareable link.

What runs through all three

  • Springform AI — an assistant that takes real actions: drafting a form from a sentence, designing evaluation criteria, scoring submissions as a reviewer, and analyzing outcomes. Available to Workspace Owners and Admins.
  • Video — a built-in webcam and screen recorder with a teleprompter, available inside forms, evaluations, and pitches.

One workspace

Each Springform workspace gives you Collect, Submit, and Pitch in one place, with the same user roles, building blocks, and AI assistant — so what you learn in one carries over to the others. For example, a team running an awards program in Collect might also use Submit to apply to a grant and Pitch to record a board update, all from the same workspace.
