Open the Evaluation Criteria tab. Criteria use a Rating Criteria block that comes with starter rating and comment fields. Edit them, add more, and reorder — and you're not limited to ratings: every field type works, so reviewers can give star ratings, long-text feedback, video feedback (recorded with the built-in recorder), file uploads, signatures for sign-off, or structured dropdowns/checkboxes. Changes save automatically.
